DRS Wheel Block System Heavy-Duty Travel Units with High Load Capacity

1. Powerful driving ability:

Large torque output: The optimized planetary gear reduction mechanism can provide very large output torque to drive heavy equipment to travel smoothly on various road conditions (including ramps).

High power density: The compact structure achieves high power transmission in a limited space.

 

2. Excellent load-bearing capacity:

Heavy-duty design: The key components such as the housing, axle, and bearings are made of high-strength materials (such as alloy steel) and reinforced design, which can withstand the huge dead weight and working load of the equipment.

Optimized bearing arrangement: Large-sized, high-load-bearing tapered roller bearings or specially designed bearing combinations are used to effectively disperse the load and ensure stable operation of the axle.

 

3. High reliability and long life:

High-quality materials and manufacturing processes: Key gears are usually made of high-quality alloy steel, which is processed by high-precision processes such as carburizing quenching and grinding. They have extremely high surface hardness and fatigue strength and good wear resistance.

Sturdy box structure: The box is usually made of cast steel or welded steel structure with good rigidity, which can effectively protect the internal gears and bearings and reduce deformation.

Reliable sealing system: It adopts multiple seals (such as skeleton oil seals, labyrinth seals, O-rings) to effectively prevent the intrusion of external pollutants such as water, sand, dust, etc., and prevent the leakage of internal lubricating oil.
